The Power of your Thoughts

Knowing yourself is about watching your thoughts because they become words. Your words become your actions and your actions become habits and your habits become character and your character becomes your destiny. Its about being aware of your thoughts and realising that they become your words that create your world.

It's pretty freaky the power of thoughts. This week I have noticed when I think about the future and get anxious I bring myself back to one thing I am really appreciative of right now and that helps ground me and bring me back to the present moment where all my happiness lies. If I do this immediately my anxiety dissolves and my energy is not being drained by these thoughts.
